Gravity-emptying container with lower hopper, intended for the transport and storage of powdery and granular products in the pharmaceutical industry
CONSTRUCTION
- 316L stainless steel sheet for all parts in contact with the product.
- 304 stainless steel base and handling base.
PHARMACEUTICAL FINISHING of the equipment with:
– Resumption of internal welds with obtaining a Ra lower than 1.82 µm
– Complete degreasing
– Pickling and passivation of the whole by total immersion in a bath of Fluonitric acid
ROOF EQUIPMENT
- 4 standard corners with stacking stops.
- Plastic vent cap Ø 51 with filter pad.
- Pharmaceutical hinged lid Ø 400 – silicone seal.
HANDLING BASE
- Fully tubular.
- Plastic floor protection pads
FERRULE EQUIPMENT
- Label holder with document pocket.
- Stainless steel manufacturer's plate.
EQUIPMENT IN DRAINAGE
- Manually operated butterfly valve Ø 250:
BSI design, fully removable without tools, silicone seal, 316L stainless steel butterfly - Counter flange with quick disassembly by 4 stainless steel tilting bolts and centering collar.
