HAND MIXER

Equipment intended for rotating containers in order to mix or homogenize powders or granules inside a container.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

The mixing or homogenization of products is achieved through the combination of 3 factors:

  • the geometry of the container,
  • placing the container on the tray at a particular angle relative to the axis of rotation,
  • rotating the container at a precise speed.

METHOD OF OPERATION

  1. Opening of access devices to the mixing area
  2. Placement of the container, by pallet truck, on the mixer skis located on the ground
  3. Removal of handling equipment.
  4. Closing the mixing zone isolation device
  5. Powering up the control box
  6. Selecting Mixing Parameters
  7. Cycle start validation
  8. Container elevation and automatic clamping, at a height allowing it to rotate
  9. Validation of the rotation start

NB – At the end of the cycle, the mixer automatically stops the container in a horizontal position on the ground, loosened, to facilitate its evacuation.
