Charmix mixer
Equipment intended for rotating containers in order to mix or homogenize powders or granules inside a container.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The mixing or homogenization of products is achieved through the combination of 3 factors:
- the geometry of the container,
- placing the container on the tray at a particular angle relative to the axis of rotation,
- rotating the container at a precise speed

METHOD OF OPERATION
- Opening of access devices to the mixing area
- Placement of the container, by forklift or stacker, on the mixer tray
- Removal of handling equipment
- Setting up the 4 manual tightenings
- Closing the mixing zone isolation device
- Powering up the control box
- Selecting Mixing Parameters
- Cycle start validation.
NB – At the end of the cycle, the mixer automatically stops the container in a horizontal position to facilitate its evacuation.
